What the work
illustrates.

Detection and review belong together. A similar workflow would need to specify which information is in scope, who reviews uncertain detections and how the final output is accepted.

Define the information boundary

Agree which personal fields and document formats are in scope, who reviews uncertain detections and which information must remain useful to the receiving team. Preserve the original separately from the reviewed output under appropriate access rules.

Acceptance for a new engagement

Test missed detections, incorrect removals, layout changes and manual corrections on authorized examples. Review the accepted document rather than only a detection score. The first scope should include the review interface, export behavior and handling of unsupported files.

Prepare a comparable brief

Bring a sample of the current work, the people who perform it and the outcome you want to improve. We can use these to discuss feasibility, the relevant experience, dependencies and the smallest useful implementation. Scope, staffing, schedule and price are agreed for the new engagement.
