Make the assumptions
visible.

Estimate the operating value of a workflow change using your own inputs. This is a scenario, not a realized result.

Enter your assumptions.

No market benchmark or client outcome is preloaded.

What this calculation means

Hours released = task volume × adoption × (minutes before − minutes after) ÷ 60. Modeled capacity value = hours released × loaded hourly cost. Net operating scenario = capacity value − incremental running cost.

Capacity value is not automatically cash savings. Payback is only meaningful if the modeled value can be realized. This estimate excludes revenue effects, taxes, financing, organizational change and any costs you have not entered.

Check the assumptions with a scoped discovery.

Use the scenario to identify the inputs, review work and operating costs that need evidence before implementation.
