For B2B AI product teams

Connect your AI product to customer systems.

Deployment engineering for B2B AI product teams: customer data, APIs, identity, evaluation and handover. Start with one blocked integration and a clearly defined ownership boundary.

WHO IT IS FOR

AI vendors and solutions teams.

Product leaders, solutions and implementation teams at companies selling AI products to business customers.

THE PROBLEM

A demo is not a deployment.

A successful demo still needs implementation within the customer’s specific permissions, APIs, data and workflows.

THE FIRST SCOPE

One blocked integration.

A named customer environment, an integration boundary, acceptance checks and a clear owner on each side.

How the work is staged

From deployment gap
to supported release.

Each stage is agreed with your team and, where relevant, with the customer.

  • 1. Identify the gap. What blocks the deployment, and where the platform, customer and partner boundaries lie.
  • 2. Connect. Permitted data sources and actions, using the access the customer has approved.
  • 3. Agree acceptance. Customer acceptance criteria, evaluation cases and the human approvals required.
  • 4. Document and hand over. Configuration, support and incident ownership, and the plan for the next release.
Commercial clarity

Agree who pays.
Agree who owns.

The contracting customer, the payer, the support owner and the scope are named before work starts.

Sometimes the AI vendor funds the implementation; sometimes the end customer does. These are different commercial arrangements, and neither is assumed. No platform partnership or certification is implied.

Relevant experience

Integration and
product engineering.

Our published project contributions include AI-assisted content moderation, document review and model evaluation work. Relevant team experience and platform fit are confirmed for each enquiry before an engagement is proposed; a deployment-engineering label on its own is not evidence of completed vendor deployments.

Questions buyers ask

Who pays for the implementation?

It depends on the arrangement. The vendor, the end customer or both may fund the work. We agree the contracting party, payer and support owner before scoping.

How does this complement our own engineers?

Your product and solutions engineers own the platform and the customer relationship. We add implementation capacity for a defined customer integration, working within your conventions and release process.

What can we share without confidential details?

The type of customer system, the integration that is blocked, the access model and what acceptance looks like. Customer names and data are not needed for a first conversation.

What determines the timeline?

Customer access and approvals, API availability, the evaluation the customer requires and the agreed scope. These are clarified before any schedule is proposed.

A concrete place to start

Which customer
integration is blocked?

Describe one deployment. We will clarify scope and dependencies and agree the next step.
