Test AI in one engineering workflow.

For engineering leaders ready to test a specific change with one team and a real repository. This proposed four-week format covers discovery, configuration, use and handover; we confirm the schedule once scope, access and participation are agreed.

Week 1 / Understand

Follow a real task from requirement to release. Record the bottleneck, starting measures and acceptance criteria for one change.

Week 2 / Configure

Configure repository context, approved tools and review rules, then work through the first bounded task with your engineers.

Week 3 / Use and evaluate

Use the changed workflow on agreed tasks. Review output, corrections, test results and the effort needed from the team.

Week 4 / Transfer

Hand over the configuration and practical guidance. Review initial evidence with the team and decide what to keep, change or test next.

A workflow your
team can continue.

Your team receives the workflow map, agreed tool and context configuration, review guidance and evidence from the selected tasks. We use the closing review to decide whether to extend the change, refine it or test a different bottleneck.
