Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide
State the causal chain
Write how the implementation is expected to change the process and why that change matters. For example, preparing a complete review package might reduce repeated information gathering. Identify the assumptions between technical output and business benefit. Name the process owner who can verify whether those assumptions are plausible in the actual operating environment.
Define the measurement contract
Record a baseline, task mix and observation period before implementation. Include staff review, exceptions and operating expenses. Distinguish a capability demonstrated in a test from a benefit observed in use. Agree where the data will come from and who can interpret it. Avoid inventing a target solely because a proposal needs a persuasive percentage.
Review benefits with delivery
Track scope, adoption and operational quality alongside the value measures. If a critical assumption fails, revise the workflow or reconsider the project instead of changing the metric after the fact. Assign a date for an investment decision. The ledger should help the organisation continue, narrow or stop work using evidence, rather than become a retrospective story about inevitable success.
