Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide
Map requirements to the system
Identify the workflow, users, data classes and decisions involved. Ask the organisation responsible for the environment to define applicable requirements and approval responsibilities. Translate those requirements into implementation tasks: access restrictions, records of changes, retention settings or review steps. Keep unresolved questions visible instead of treating them as already satisfied.
Build a reviewable release pack
Collect the data flow, architecture, evaluation results, permission model and operating procedure in one versioned pack. Document known limitations and what happens when the system cannot complete a task. Include the configuration being approved, because a general description cannot establish what a particular deployment does. Give reviewers a clear path to request changes.
Control subsequent changes
Assign approval thresholds for changing models, prompts, integrations and data sources. Preserve evidence of the checks performed before each release. Provide a pause mechanism and an escalation owner for incidents. This operating discipline supports the organisation’s review process; it should never be presented as proof of certification or as a replacement for qualified regulatory advice. Keep the approved boundary and the review evidence accessible to the people operating the workflow.
