Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide
Define the service boundary
Name the users, task, dependencies and accepted output. Set clear responsibilities between the implementation team and the organisation using the workflow. Establish how a task is received and how completion is recorded. This boundary helps the team distinguish a model response from a service result and recognise when an incident affects work already in progress.
Prepare for routine failures
Implement useful logs, dependency status and a route for exceptions. Agree who handles alerts and what information they need. Test the manual fallback and recovery steps. Include usage expenses and support effort in the operating plan. A service that only its original developer can troubleshoot has an unresolved handover problem, even if its normal path works.
Control change and improvement
Keep the configuration, evaluation examples and release decisions versioned. Review user feedback and incidents to choose improvements. Test changes against representative tasks before expanding exposure. Set an explicit date to reassess value and maintenance burden. Production is an operating commitment that continues after launch, rather than a label attached once a prototype has been moved into a hosted environment.
