Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide
Locate the constraint
Follow a business task across systems and teams. Identify slow access to data, repeated reconciliation, manual approvals or unreliable integrations. Describe the effect on completed work. Modernisation becomes easier to prioritise when each technical change addresses an observed constraint instead of appearing as an open ended programme to adopt new technology.
Choose a narrow intervention
Separate foundational work from the AI component. An access interface, a clearer data contract or a better exception queue may be necessary before model output is useful. Plan the smallest sequence that makes the workflow testable. Retain the existing process as a fallback while the team learns how the new arrangement behaves.
Review the combined result
Measure completion time, review effort, exceptions and operational cost across the changed process. Check whether the foundation work can support another relevant use case, but avoid assuming reuse before examining its requirements. Continue with changes that remove a real constraint. Reframe or stop work when the proposed benefit depends on capabilities or adoption that have not materialised.
