Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide
Choose a bounded support task
Begin with an administrative coordination problem such as preparing information for an internal handoff or routing a request to an appropriate queue. Describe inputs, intended users and completion criteria. Separate these tasks from clinical assessment. Have the organisation determine and approve the workflow boundary before engineering builds actions that affect an operational record.
Design for staff verification
Show relevant source information with the proposed output. Preserve missing details and unresolved conflicts as explicit questions. Observe how staff verify and correct realistic examples. Connect the accepted result to the existing workflow rather than asking users to maintain a parallel record. Check access and data handling with the teams responsible for those requirements.
Prepare for routine operation
Assign support ownership, exception handling and a procedure for pausing the workflow. Test outages and handover between teams, not just successful outputs. Measure total handling effort and accepted completions during limited use. Review changes to prompts, sources and integrations before release. Treat results as evidence about this support workflow, without extending them to clinical effectiveness or other uses that were not evaluated.
