Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide
Choose the business work
Define the process, buyer and intended result for each candidate. Collect baseline evidence and identify who can approve access and change. Limit the initial portfolio to work with a plausible delivery path. Make unknowns visible so leadership can distinguish an executable commitment from an idea that still needs investigation.
Sequence prerequisites
Map data access, integrations, security review, user involvement and operating capacity. Place learning activities before commitments that depend on their result. Define the artifact or decision expected at each milestone. A prototype may test usefulness, while a limited deployment tests operational ownership; the roadmap should not treat these as interchangeable proof points.
Review the roadmap through evidence
Assign a decision owner and a continue, narrow or stop condition to each phase. Update estimates when dependencies become clearer. Compare actual outcomes with the assumptions behind the business case. Keep the roadmap flexible enough to change direction without losing accountability for completed work. The next release should be justified by evidence from the workflow, not by the need to preserve an early presentation.
