Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide
Inspect the process and data
Follow a real example from input to accepted output. Identify available sources, data definitions, permissions and integration paths. Talk to users and the process owner about exceptions and review. Avoid using a general maturity questionnaire as the only evidence. A team can be ready for one limited workflow while lacking the prerequisites for another.
Check ownership and capacity
Name who can approve the project, provide source access, review output and operate the result. Confirm their availability during implementation. Check the technical skills required for integration, evaluation and support. Record gaps and how they could be closed. A readiness assessment should make a missing dependency easier to resolve rather than hide it inside a single numeric score.
Leave an executable next step
Deliver a baseline, risk register, candidate scope and acceptance plan. Separate confirmed facts from estimates and open questions. Assign owners to the prerequisites and propose a decision date. Recommend a limited paid phase only when it can resolve meaningful uncertainty. The result should help the organisation act, even if the right decision is to fix data access or process ownership before building AI.
