Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide
Start with operating evidence
Interview the people responsible for a specific process in each business. Collect examples of the work, current constraints and existing controls. Distinguish a management ambition from a task that has data, ownership and a budget path. Keep the assessment focused on technical and operational readiness rather than projecting a financial outcome from the presence of AI tooling.
Test what can truly repeat
Compare data contracts, integrations, permissions and review requirements across businesses. Shared labels do not guarantee a shared workflow. Identify reusable components separately from configuration and local change work. Estimate the engineering effort needed to adapt an implementation. A common architecture can be useful, but only when its boundaries match the systems and teams that must operate it.
Create a practical handover
For each opportunity, document the baseline, prerequisites, named owner and smallest paid scope. Record assumptions and the evidence needed before expansion. Let the responsible investment and operating teams evaluate commercial implications with their own specialists. The engineering review should leave a clear implementation backlog and risk register, without presenting technical feasibility as proof of investment returns.
