Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide
Make discovery produce decisions
Require discovery to identify a process owner, baseline, data access and a bounded next scope. Ask which uncertainties will be resolved and what evidence will be delivered. Avoid an assessment that ends only with a generic opportunity list. The organisation should be able to act on the findings even if it selects another implementation partner.
Connect delivery to acceptance
Agree a small set of real tasks and the conditions for accepting the result. Assign responsibilities for integrations, user review and environmental access. Review progress through working demonstrations tied to those conditions. Keep changes visible when new information alters the scope. A delivery plan should acknowledge dependencies rather than hiding them inside an optimistic milestone.
Include ownership in the scope
Plan documentation, monitoring, incident handling and configuration handover from the start. Decide which capabilities the internal team will learn and which support remains external. Review the complete cost of keeping the system useful. Select the next phase using operational evidence, not the number of strategy slides or the sophistication of a prototype that nobody is ready to maintain.
