Where does the work go after the AI output?

A generated answer is only part of a business process.

Cybergizer implementation notes · Practical guide

Measure the whole operation

Before implementation, follow the task from input through review, exceptions and final use. Record how much work each step takes and who is responsible for it.

Design the review step

Useful automation gives people the context to judge an output: sources, uncertainty, the action being suggested and a route for exceptions. A faster first draft can still create more review work.

Test on cases that matter

Use typical inputs and awkward cases from the actual workflow. Compare quality, rework and operating cost before expanding the deployment.

Planning your implementation

Map the work before choosing the model

Follow a real example

Walk through one complete work item with the person who performs it. Record inputs, waiting time, decisions, corrections and handoffs. Identify the source system and the person who can approve access. A model is only useful if its output can move through the rest of that process.

Define the handoff

Specify the accepted output, the reviewer and the exception path. Test missing inputs and uncertain outputs alongside routine cases. Measure the effort of the whole workflow, including checking and correction, before deciding to expand automation.

Apply this to one workflow

Bring the input, desired output and systems involved. We can discuss a bounded implementation with review, acceptance and operating responsibilities.
