We’re looking for a senior Data Scientist to drive product insight and experimentation. You’ll partner with Product & Engineering to define metrics, run A/B tests, and build predictive models that move key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Own product metrics, causal inference, and experiment design at scale (A/B/n, CUPED, sequential tests).
Build predictive and segmentation models (churn/retention/LTV) and drive decisioning with clear narratives.
Develop analytics datasets with SQL/dbt; ensure data quality and documentation.
Collaborate on dashboards and self-serve analytics; mentor analysts/scientists.
Requirements:
3+ years in Data Science/Analytics.
Excellent SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn); experience with dbt.
Strong experimental design and statistical inference; Bayesian methods a plus.
BI stack (Looker/Mode/Metabase). Experience with ClickHouse or BigQuery is a strong plus.
English: B2-C1.
