AI Engineer
Location: Remote.
Role Overview: We’re looking for an AI Engineer to lead the integration of LLMs and custom AI pipelines into our client-facing SaaS products. You’ll collaborate with product teams to design AI features that enhance user experience, automate workflows, and personalize interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and fine-tune LLM-based solutions for chat, summarization, and classification
Integrate AI features into Ruby on Rails applications via APIs and background jobs
Ensure data privacy and compliance in AI deployments. Evaluate third-party AI tools and libraries for integration
Collaborate with designers and product managers to shape user-facing AI features
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face or similar LLM platforms
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and model tuning
Experience with cloud-based and on-premise AI setups
English: B2-C1.
